Jati II

In the same location with Jati I, we change the appearance front view of this building with some renovation to create the difference with the surrounding environment .

By making the difference appearance of this view, made him to be prominent around it.

Still continue to using of the brown minimalist color, made the appearance of this building become more elegant , and also this color was favorite color when this building under  renovation.

The car garage was eliminated and only used the outside space to parking the car, well…. you know is because of the area of this building was not too big enough.

Using natural material like andesit stone  was the 1st choice for making this home appearance more softly and beautiful.  In the 1st existing building there is  a balcony on the 2nd floor . We decided to eliminate it and replaced his function to be a part of the master room area on the second floor.

We totally change the whole room composition in this building, because the standard building from the developer was really not comfortable. There are plenty of corners and was very annoying for interior design . So for us is really very much difficult  in the order making this building interior going well.

I Think in this presentation specially for all post I have made, I really like to give more priority to the images of our presentation. And that’s we hope can translate more information of our creation to you all. So here is more images I give it for you all.

After taking a long journey of renovation process, now … at this edge… we have new picture upload for this interior finishing….

This image is taking one day before the wedding celebration of our great owner that is  January 10 -2009 … Well… We wish you have a great wedding and a blessed new family…

Front View After Renovation

Here is image for the appearance of front view building and down here is the  1st floor area… Kitchen, dinning area , family room and stairs to 2nd floor…

Creating Patio in the end of  the house for air circulation and Lighting, make more comfortable atmosphere …

There is a lot of  lighting use in this house , same reason , it’s for creating a romantic atmosphere for this young couple.

Placing some light in the right side , making the marble stairs finishing more beauty and interesting view. This particular wall beside this stair  is using travertine marble finishing.
