Design with contemporer tropical style not minimalist, it’s very different with the site environment. In this Site, more of architect and owner’s always using classic design style with a very big “DOME” on their top floor .

We came with very different style and almost being a symbol in this environment, a Very unique style…………

INTERIOR DESIGN

With an idea for creating a simple interior space without massive accessorize, and using bright color like white and choosing a granite marble as a floor finishing touch making this interior space so comfortable.

A design pantry from VALCUCINE kitchen set, making this home more prestigious . Sofa from De Rucci design, get it directly from China …. so fantastic.

About the Project condition.

This project is still under construction period, but after taking a time for put in material on the facade, now we have all ready to upload some of the front image in this post. But all the image is still showing not finishing yet of the building.

HOME THEATER

Floor Plan

We create this particular function in the base floor area, the same location with garage but in the back of the house plan. For home theater function we do not need for a high ceiling. And here in the same location with garage we only have about 2.50 meter high, and after cover with ceiling it’s only have clear high about 2,25 meter. Design with simple equipment and using only LCD television, wood flooring on the sofa area, and with some act on the ceiling, all more come with white color … the best color that’s owner like it so much… contribute the desire for a simple and clean as clear space for home theater.
