House for residence and effort, we name it RUKO or SHOP House . In Medan or other province in Indonesia – RUKO is still one of the main choice for people who need to make a business such like in selling or running an official office. For some RUKO is have a very high prices in ROI cause of the location. But the efficiency if we have this kind of building is that’s we also can use it for residence although RUKO have a very bad air circulation and opening space for original sun lighting .
This one is our Creation for RUKO or SHOP House in wahidin street. Owner need a space to have a Beauty Saloon business and a residence for her eldest son that’s going to married soon after this renovation finish. So with this RUKO, all the two function can delivered together precisely.

An Idea come from creative mind of this project owner to have something diffrent for his own master bed room. We design for something uniqe atmosphere room style with 2 funtion inside. For bedroom an also for having a little refreshing SPA with bathtube in front of his bed .
Still in modern style comes with domination of white color, and using hidden lighting on the top ceiling of this room , its really making a comfortable space.
