This one is our Creation for RUKO or SHOP House  in wahidin street. Owner need a space to have  a Beauty Saloon business and a residence for her eldest son that’s going to married soon after this renovation finish. So with this RUKO, all the two function can delivered together precisely.

For this early presentation, we delivered to all of us, is the 2nd floor area  for living, pantry and dinning. For other space and function included photo image for  what have we done in the field is going to upload  as soon as we have update all the file.

1st floor is for beauty saloon business. with her experiences , our client decide it to open another competitive shop with other that’s have already there a long at the wahidin streets.

This project stay in a real estate complex , so there is a rule and we more likely to keep for 80-90% building facade.
There is no change which too significant for the building outward appearance, more is because we need to take care of environment remain for building compatibility.

Design for master bed room , a couple decide to live together with fabulous wedding.

Using coca brown color for furniture finishing, and create hidden lamp at the ceiling to create warm softly atmosphere It was the matter that really in proposed for this happy couple.

For the wall that’s not cover by furnishing, wall paper is a good choice for making good quality feeling at the room.

Home owner comes with the ideas, that’s they want to have a little bid bigger space for the main entrance.
And the main entrance door must be unique with have some angle that’s they believe can get more fortune for heir life and business.
Well we call it’s Feng Shui.

Although is up to each person for believe it or not, but as  the owner of this house, of course they want to get the best for their fortune.

And what the main thing that’s they like to have we design it and in the end the last results must come with the comfort as a priority , off course with the beauty space within.
For the facade we give soft Grey color and some local stone from Java island to the main gate on the 1st floor.

Main Entrance View

As we can see on the floor plan design, at the center space that’s we have create it, it’s almost look like two hands huddling up whosoever which to come. Thats means like huddling up the fortune. It’s quite unique.
The stairs on one side is assume like one arm and the other one on other side we create it with some furniture design.

1st Floor – PATIO

Looking for a simple atmosphere at master bed room, we create  with a simple background and using nature wood flooring . Lighting for this particular space is more softly with cool warm color lamp.

Walkin closet comes with a separate area but still have a good connection with this master bed room, and this can make more comfortable and feel for a simple room decoration.

2nd Floor Interior Image

Placing for master bathroom is quite unique. Because of Feng Shui that’s they believe it so much, we must put this bathroom in around the center line of the second floor.
Thats very quite difficult, I have to manage the main structure from the 1st structure thats have been come from the developer.
There is a problem for air circulation for this bathroom. We solved it with an air circulation hole on the ceiling precisely above the shower area.
Here is detail floor plan design for this master bathroom.

Using granite as the finishing material is a choice almost all owner for his master bathroom. And also for this particular function, lighting is certainly  quite important thing cause of the bathroom position at the center of the house, although  we have create  a little hole on the ceiling precisely above the shower area for air circulation and lighting that’s just get a little bit light from outside .

Place in the location of the golf-course with scenery that enchant,  this house design create it with Joglo roof concept in front of the main entrance.

Using solid wood expose, with opening highest size roof of this entrance appearance, hopping can make more welcoming feel for each home quest when coming to this house.

More gave priority to the field that was rather wide for the reforestation. Opening Wall with aluminum  and glass finishing at back side building appearance is really priority giving by the owner to have more view from every side at this golf-course.

Another way to create presentation for owner is with pencil sketch, although in balck and white color, but sometime this kind of sketch is quite interesting. It needs skill to make it.

Finishing Image

Here is our design for Music Room on the 2nd floor of this town house. With some creative creation at the ceiling  material, wall with furniture touch and of course floor with softly carpet, we manage the atmosphere of this room more comfortable and sensational like studio space or something like mini home theater.

Lighting is one of the most important thing we consider to manage fully creative, with hidden lamp using T5 lamp, this room atmosphere come with softly feeling to home owner making him feel …. yeah… a little fantastic  : )

Looking forward for a classic class design with just 12 meter width site, was the wish from this home owner. It was the wish to put forward building appearance that  could last long view and not quickly being boring so as well as prominent from building available in its surrounds.

Touching with soft warm brown color and finishing with WASH technique coloring, making this building appearance very interesting. The twin column in front of this building was using WASH technique as like marble finish.

Using gold wash finishing for some of relief style ornament such like a capital of a column, making this house appearance come more elegant and exclusive.

With few lands that remained at the front of the building, was organised with the garden and several decorative plants so as this building whole quite interesting.
