Located in fast growing housing complex CEMARA ASRI, this design in the allocation as the marketing office from the local developer.

The wish to put forward a shape of the unique marketing office really in give priority to. And because of that, the building comes with the small mass but functional in the land that was big enough with only included 30% area of the available land.

Nothing much to share about this building design.

We only use an ordinary building material and for color it’s come with warm color.
For interior design, we are going to share some picture of marketing and private office room.

Director Room

The requirement for a personal office space with the quite good arrangement really in needed for each individual who undertook his efforts, moreover when his efforts is going developed good.

This office space is only for 1 person, and all facility like fax, computer with internet connection, TV for CCTV camera has included.

We use salak brown color with silver and white duco color for the furniture finishing touch.

Although, the main function for this room is for private office and more for working area, our client need to have a good relationship with his customer too. So we decide to create more comfortable atmosphere with lighting, ceiling and some for wallpaper settlement.

For flooring, we decide to use homogeneous tile with it’s dimension is 80×80 cm.

Finally with a few hard works in the implementation of this office space, old office face is changed to lux.
